Order and payment
We ship to Sweden, Germany, The Netherlands, Austria and Belgium.
You can pay with the following payment options:

If you pay by credit card, the money will be charged when your order is packed and leaves our warehouse. However, we reserve the amount once you have completed the order.
No, unfortunately you can not order now and pay later.
We advise you first to check your junk mail or spam. If the e-mail is not there, it may be because your order has not been processed. Please contact us if the e-mail is not in spam or junk mail, so together we can find out if your order has been processed.
Once the item is packed and shipped, you can not modify the order. We can attempt to cancel your order if it was not yet packed and shipped. In this case you must contact our customer service as soon as possible. If this is not possible, you have the following options:
You cannot refuse to accept a package you have ordered from Cph Muse. If you refuse to accept the package, you must pay for the return shipping. We will not refund the shipping back to us. Should you not wish to keep an item, you will have to send it back to us. We recommend that you send the parcel secured with a tracking number. That way we can always find your shipment.
Delivery
We deliver within 2-5 business days.
We ship all orders with GLS and you will receive the package to the chosen shipping option.
In The Netherlands, the order will be shipped with PostNord.

The estimated delivery time in Europe is 2-5 days, but the delivery time depends to a great extent on the delivery country and local provider.
Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive a email with a link where you can track your package.
Returns
If you wish to return one or more items from your order, you can easily arrange your return via our returns portal. We offer a 14-day free returns policy. Please return the item in the same condition as you received it - clean, unused, with all labels attached and neatly packed in the original shipping packaging.
You can expect to receive your refund within 14 days of us receiving and processing your return parcel at our warehouse. Please note that certain payment cards may have specific terms regarding refund times.
How to return your item:
1. Go to our returns portal here
2. Enter your order number and the email address you used when placing your order, then select the items you wish to return.
3. Select the reason for the return and your preferred option:
-Exchange for a different size
-Exchange for a different product
-Exchange for a gift voucher
-Return/refund
4. Pack the item securely in the original shipping packaging and enclose the returns form.
5. You will then receive your returns label by email.
6. Drop off the parcel at your nearest GLS or DHL parcel shop, and remember to ask for a receipt when you hand it in.
7. Once we have received and processed your return parcel, we will complete your refund or exchange.
The return postage costs 6€ and will be deducted automatically from your refund once we have received and processed your return parcel.
When you shop with us, you have a 14-day right of return. The period is calculated from the day on which you received your order.
Unfortunately, if more than 14 days passed since you received the item, you will not be able to return your order.
We process your return package when we receive it in our warehouse. The refund is made using the same payment method you used at the time of purchase. You will receive an e-mail as soon as we have processed your return package and sent your refund. Depending on the payment method you used, it may take a few days before the money shows in your account.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange items directly.
If you would like a different size or a different product, the original order must be returned, and a new order must then be placed via the webshop.
If there is a fault with your item, please contact our customer service team before returning it.
We will then help you find the right solution, which will usually be either an exchange or a refund, depending on the circumstances.
SALES, gift vouchers and discount codes
With us you have a 14-day right of return, even on items on sale.
You apply your discount code when you proceed to checkout. By ‘Information’ and ‘Delivery’ you can write your discount code on the right-hand side of the window. Your discount will automatically be deducted from the price when you click ‘Use’.
